Use the carrier portal normally
Sign in directly with the carrier and complete its normal multifactor authentication. AceAgent never needs the portal credential, MFA code, cookie, or browser session.
Download the statement once
Choose the carrier's normal statement download. There is no special export template, spreadsheet cleanup, browser extension, or second upload step.
Detect the completed file
The lightweight Windows app watches the download folder you select and waits until a supported statement has finished downloading before it acts.
Identify and import securely
Statement Sync sends the completed file through a tenant-bound connection. AceAgent identifies the carrier and period, normalizes the rows, and protects against duplicate imports.
Verify before organizing
The original stays put until AceAgent confirms a durable accepted or duplicate result. Unknown or needs-review files remain visible instead of being silently moved.
File it where you can find it
After verification, Statement Sync moves the original into the dedicated statements folder and organizes it by carrier, year, and statement period.
Portal-friendly by design
The sensitive carrier access stays with you.
Statement Sync starts after the normal carrier download. It does not need to imitate you inside the portal or weaken the carrier's security controls.
